If you are experiencing any symptoms of sickness, please reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Chemical peel services are not available if you are pregnant, nursing, on antibiotics, are currently on or have been on Accutane within the past 8 months, have any cold sores, open wounds, rashes, inflamed eczema or rosacea, burns (including sunburn), infection, an autoimmune disease, or cancer.

TARDY POLICY
There is only a 10-minute grace period for all clients whose appointment durations are longer than 15 minutes. If you are running late, please contact me ahead of time so that I can advise if I am able to accommodate you. If you are more than 10 minutes late and I cannot accommodate you, your deposit will be forfeited.

DEPOSIT
If your service requires a deposit to book, the deposit will be added to the balance of the service. The deposit can be forfeited if you "no show' or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment.

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients can reschedule and cancel upcoming appointments by clicking on the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button in your confirmation email or through the Acuity Scheduling Client App. Please try to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment's start time. If cancellation is requested, you will be subject to applicable fees associated with our cancellation policy. Please note that a reschedule can only occur if the request is made or action is taken BEFORE the 24-hour mark; if a request for reschedule is within 24 hours of your appointment it is then considered a last-minute cancellation and applicable fees will apply.

GROUPON CLIENTS
Please note a $25 deposit is required for any service over $40. Your $25 deposit will be refunded upon arrival of your appointment.
